A Week Gone By

I’ve lost 10.5 pounds and 6.5 inches.
I need to lose at least, at least ten more. Twelve to fifteen would be better. I’m going to slow down my buffalo consumption. I’ve been eating it each night. I don’t think it’s helping me much. I had cod today for lunch with romaine leaves and grapefruit. I think I’ll have cottage cheese and tomatoes and an apple tonight.
My size six pants are an option now. They’ll look better at the end of this week, I’m sure. I really want to lose five pounds before my husband gets home for the weekend. I’m omitting any buffalo. I’m going to stick to fish, chicken, or cottage cheese. I’m also going to get some asparagus in. I’ll keep eating at least a half grapefruit a day. I have 24 days before my dress fitting. Here’s hoping we need to take in, not let out.

Do-Over

My husband just started a new job a few weeks ago.
It’s been a stressful few years. It’s going to be a stressful few months, yet. His job takes him away, five days of the week.
I have this wedding I’m getting ready for – a good friend. I totally hate the dress. I ordered it to fit, but it just doesn’t look right. I’m going back on the hcg diet for a few weeks to see if that helps. Ugh.
The first two days seem so luxurious, but I gained five pounds. I stepped on the scales at 160.5 this morning. That’s ugly.
So, for the next 25 or so days, I’m going to be eating minimally, and losing weight rapidly. Thank the Lord for this diet.
